Best GPU under ₱20,000 in the Philippines (2026)

₱20,000 is the realistic GPU budget for a lot of Philippine builders. It will not buy a 4090. It will buy 1080p ultra and 1440p high in most esports titles if you pick the right card and a decent PSU.

Prices swing with the peso, Shopee 9.9, and leftover 40-series stock. Treat ₱20k as a ceiling at checkout, not a sticker you saw in 2024.

Quick picks

1

RTX 4060 8GB (or 5060 if it sits at ₱20k)

Around ₱17,990–₱20,990

Best default card in the PH. DLSS, Frame Generation, and easy driver support.

Pros

  • DLSS + NVENC
  • Quiet dual-fan models
  • Everywhere: PC Express, Shopee, DynaQuest

Cons

  • 8GB VRAM is the limiter at 1440p
  • Some listings creep over ₱20k
2

RX 7600 / 7600 XT

Around ₱14,990–₱19,990

Best raster-per-peso. Take it if you do not care about NVENC streaming.

Pros

  • Often cheaper than 4060
  • 16GB XT helps at 1440p

Cons

  • FSR vs DLSS
  • Hotter reference-style coolers
3

Intel Arc B580

Around ₱15,990–₱19,490

Best VRAM for the money when the listing is a real B580, not an old A750.

Pros

  • 12GB class VRAM
  • Good 1440p value

Cons

  • Needs a healthy CPU and current BIOS
  • Fewer physical-store demos

1080p vs 1440p in PH apartments

Most people here still game at 1080p on a 24-inch 165Hz panel from Shopee. A 4060 or 7600 is plenty. If you already own a 27-inch 1440p monitor — or you are pairing with a MacBook monitor that happens to be 1440p — bias toward 7600 XT or Arc B580 for the extra memory.

Used market (FB Marketplace / Carousell)

₱20k used can buy a 3070 or 6800. That is faster raster than a new 4060. It is also how you buy a card that mined for two years.

Rules:

  • Ask for a GPU-Z screenshot and a FurMark 10-minute video
  • Prefer dual-fan with a receipt from PC Express / Gigahertz
  • Budget ₱1,500 for a new 8-pin cable and thermal pads if it looks dusty

If that sounds like work, buy new.

PSU reminder

A 4060 is happy on a quality 550–650W 80+ Bronze. Do not pair a new GPU with a ₱800 no-name PSU from a Quiapo stall. That is how 500W “peak” units die during brownouts. If your home voltage is messy, add a UPS.

FAQ

Is 8GB VRAM dead in 2026?

For 1080p esports, no. For 1440p ultra with texture packs, it is the first thing that stutters. That is why the XT and B580 are in this list.

Should I wait for a 50-series price drop?

If a 5060 is already at or under ₱20k sealed, take it. If it is ₱26k, the 4060 is still the adult purchase.

Can this GPU run 4K?

Esports, yes. Campaigns on high, no. Buy a different budget.

Bottom line

New and easy: RTX 4060. More frames per peso: RX 7600 / XT. More VRAM: Arc B580. Then spend the leftover on a budget SSD and a PSU that will survive Meralco.
